I hope you’re all doing well. I have a very exciting post with shopclues today where I ll share two looks that I created with them.
Shopclues has a lot of variety when it comes to fashion and lifestyle and the best part is that they are super affordable. If you’re a college student or are on a budget, there is definitely something you ll find on the website for yourself.
The first look is a very minimal street style look. I chose very basic items from my wardrobe and paired them with this cold shoulder top from SHOPCLUES.
The cold shoulder top has ruffle sleeve ends and the material is very thin which makes it ideal for the summer. Also the quality is really good and is very comfortable to wear. It feels very light on the skin and is very breathable.
The only problem that I face with thin material is that it creases very quick. But I think it’s pretty obvious from the pictures that it does not happen to this top.
It’s very good to wear on one of those days where you don’t want to think a lot and put in any effort into dressing up but also look really good.
The second look is very dress-y compared to the first one. I tried my best to make both the looks very different from each other. The first look was very minimal with no accessories, where as the second look is very heavy.
In this look, I styled a basic cold shoulder dress from shopclues again. The dress has a thicker material but is not warm at all. just like the top, the dress is also very comfortable to wear.
Although there was one problem that I faced with the dress but I think that might be because of my body type. I wore the dress for a couple of hours and the cold shoulders, after a few hours started to irritate my skin. I think that was because my shoulders are comparatively broad and the dress is made to fit regular body types. But it did not give me any rashes so I guess that’s a good part.
I paired the dress with a multi coloured bag again from Shopclues and similar coloured heels.
The bag is very spacious and perfect for people like me who carry their entire world in their bag.
I later also added some accessories to the look for those of you who love to layer jewellery. Unfortunately my ears are not pierced, otherwise I think earrings would have looked very good with this look. You can try wearing earring like the picture below. I think they will really go with this look.
I also added a golden cuff to complete the look. Cuffs are so versatile cause they look amazing with both ethnic and western outfits.
